PARKOUR FITNESS TRAINER CERTIFICATION COURSES

Progress through structured certification tiers to build your knowledge and skill in practical movement training and then apply this knowledge in your own training and with your clients.

The courses condense the agility, mobility and practical strength concepts of parkour into a training paradigm that fitness professionals can then apply within their own training programmes. All courses are a mixture of theory and practice and involve constant exploration of the foundational movement skills.

We will take you from being a personal trainer to a movement coach. Good quality, regular movement creates health and fitness as an automatic by-product and is a far more effective way to approach human development.




You will be practising and experiencing the concepts and methods right from the very first day. We don’t believe in armchair trainers or learning to move by Powerpoint; we’ll ask you to walk the talk and be able to guide others as a role model of high quality movement skill and knowledge.


DEVELOPMENT PATHS

Upon completion of the Parkour Fitness Specialist Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications, instructors can then progress upon continuing professional development paths by attending single day development courses to further their knowledge and skills within functional fitness training.
