The courses condense the agility, mobility and practical strength concepts of parkour into a training paradigm that fitness professionals can then apply within their own training programmes. All courses are a mixture of theory and practice and involve constant exploration of the foundational movement skills.
Upon completion of the Parkour Fitness Specialist Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications, instructors can then progress upon continuing professional development paths by attending single day development courses to further their knowledge and skills within functional fitness training.
